Farrat is a British manufacturer of floating floor systems, structural and acoustic vibration control products, machine mounts and thermal break connection pads. Tetra was brought in by Farrat in 2011 in order to undertake a full marketing plan as well as bespoke development of an international marketing strategy and specialist assistance with the development of global distribution channels.

Coining the strapline "engineering excellence" to coincide with a brand refresh. Tetra then proceeded to develop a complete range of highly technical product literature, as well as a highly bespoke website which would offer a range of ancillary tools for specifiers. This also included the copywriting and development of numerous case studies to help build credibility in foreign markets and the establishment of an attack pack containing key information which distributors use to pinpoint weaknesses in competitor offerings and thereby promote Farrat products and solutions.
